Pre-Competitive.
This squad is for swimmers who have learned basic water safety and stroke skills and are ready to refine their technique. Swimmers work on improving endurance, stroke mechanics, and learning starts and turns. The goal is to prepare them for entry into competitive swimming.

Bronze 1.
The Bronze 1 Squad is the entry-level competitive training group, focusing on all four strokes, starts, and turns. Swimmers build strength, endurance, and race strategies while maintaining proper technique. Training also introduces goal setting and the fundamentals of competition.

Bronze 2.
The Bronze 2 Squad builds on Bronze 1 training with increased distance and intensity. Swimmers continue refining their stroke mechanics and start participating in local competitions. Focus shifts toward developing speed, endurance, and race confidence.

Silver 1.
The Silver 1 Squad is for intermediate-level swimmers looking to increase their training volume and competitive experience. Workouts become more structured, incorporating interval training, technique refinement, and race strategies. Swimmers in this squad compete regularly and work toward higher levels of performance.

Silver 2.
The Silver 2 Squad is a more advanced group where swimmers train at higher intensities with a focus on endurance, speed, and race execution. Dryland training and mental preparation become a key component of development. These swimmers compete in regional-level meets and begin to specialize in their strongest strokes.

Gold & Senior Squads.
The Gold and Senior Squads are the most advanced training groups, designed for experienced competitive swimmers In middle School and High School. Swimmers follow a rigorous training schedule with a focus on high-level competition, endurance, and elite race strategies. These squads prepare athletes for championship meets, state-level competitions, and beyond.
